Guests: Episodes with Fedor Gorst
Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, this pool champion discovered his love for billiards at a young age, playing Russian Pyramid. Switching to the American pool at age 10, he quickly found success in amateur tournaments and became a Russian National team member at 14. Driven by the determination to support their family after their father’s passing, the player spent hours training each day.
His first significant win came in 2015 at the European Championship, followed by the EuroTour’s Treviso Open in 2018. In 2019, he became the second-youngest competitor to win the World 9-Ball Championship. Since then, he has achieved multiple accolades, including back-to-back Arcadia Arizona Open championships and Master of the Table at the 2022 Derby City Classic.
The player credits his success to their support system, including family, friends, sponsors, and coaches, as well as the Russian federation and sponsors like Cuetec and Diamond Billiard Products.
