Guests: Episodes with Bobby Lee

Robert Lee Jr., born September 17, 1971, is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster. He gained fame as a cast member on MADtv from 2001 to 2009 and later co-starred in the ABC sitcom “Splitting Up Together.” Lee has also appeared in films like “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle” and “Pineapple Express.” Alongside his acting career, he co-hosts the podcasts “Bad Friends” with Andrew Santino and “TigerBelly” with his ex-partner, Khalyla Kuhn.

Raised in Poway, California by Korean immigrant parents, Lee initially pursued college before dropping out to focus on comedy. He started his career in stand-up after working at The Comedy Store in San Diego, eventually becoming a regular at its Los Angeles location. Despite early resistance from his family, Lee’s success on shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno won their support.

Lee’s personal life includes battles with substance abuse, starting in his early teens. He has undergone multiple rehab stints and relapses but remains committed to sobriety. A long-time Arsenal Football Club fan, Lee also enjoys video games. His brother, Steve Lee, is also involved in the entertainment industry, hosting “The Steebee Weebee” podcast.
